A healthy dose of physical activity is approximately 10000 steps daily.
45 minutes run 3 times a week.
2 hours brisk walk 3 times a week.
If you are hypertensive avoid salt totally.
If you are diabetic avoid sugar totally, this includes juice, Carbohydrates, fruits ( Orange, water melon, pineapple, sugarcane, grapes e.t.c) focus more on vegetables and proteins.
If you are above 40 years check your cholesterol yearly.
Remember that we all have different levels of gut immunity: If you suffer from frequent stomach cramps avoid eating out, prepare your meals.
